All the steps of the Leading Architects method are brought together in the Leading the Change programme. A powerful 4 days of group training with a lot of personal attention to your own growth path as well as plenty of opportunities to learn from each other.

The programme includes:

    A comprehensive individual personality assessment. Knowing yourself is the basis for making real impact. You discover how to translate your talents into strategies that are effective for you

  • 2.

    Four days of group training. On these days you’ll learn all the necessary strategies, techniques and best practices that you can immediately apply in your work. A highly interactive programme that you follow with your fellow architects.

  • 3.

    Access to the online learning platform of Leading Architects. The online modules provide additional depth to the 4-day group training. You have the opportunity to practice at your own pace and experiment in your daily work.
