I am a content expert. Is the programme suitable for me?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Yes it is. All architects steer change and provide the frameworks needed for it. Every architect therefore needs certain leadership qualities. There is no such thing as a prototypical leader. Everyone is unique. In the programme, we look for your personal leadership qualities and strategies that you can use.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 tabindex=\"0\">Can I follow the programme individually?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Yes, it is an open registration programme. I teach you how to tell your story in a way that suits you. But you also learn other influencing techniques to get people on board with your story. So it&#8217;s really not necessary to love the limelight.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 tabindex=\"0\">Is an exam part of the programme?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>No, this programme is about developing yourself. Taking action, trying things out and practising them in your daily work is crucial to growth. Taking an exam does not add anything to this. But you do receive a certificate of participation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 tabindex=\"0\">Will I learn an architecture method, such as TOGAF?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>No, in this programme you don&#8217;t learn an architecture method. There are already many other courses available for that. In this programme, you learn the personal and leadership skills an architect needs.
