My name is Edwin van Gorp. I have fulfilled many architecture roles, from domain architect to chief architect of large-scale transformations. Through my Leading Architects platform, I help architects to become the go-to change leader.

From my very first experience with architecture, I was captivated by the profession. I went crazy with all kinds of architectural methods. Until I found out that I could not make a difference that way.

Architecture is meant to drive an organization and bring about change. As an architect, you need a foundation of architectural craftsmanship and domain expertise, but you truly make a difference with strong personal and leadership skills.

There are many soft skills training programs and numerous architecture courses covering methods and techniques. However, there was no training that combines both and provides real solutions for the daily challenges you face as an architect. That's what I wanted to change.

In 2021, I started Leading Architects with the aim of helping architects to become the go-to change leader. I love empowering architects, seeing their growth within their teams and organizations.

What started as a good idea has now evolved into a professional training agency with a successful Leading the Change program. In our brief history, we have trained over 300 architects. We are incredibly proud of this achievement.
